Okay, I wasn’t on board first with the idea of a diet plan to help me lose weight. I prefer to sweat fat out at the gym🏊🏇 and go through pain to get what I want. Turns out, not everything needs to get sorted out with pain. The Mediterranean Diet meals are sweet, easy to follow, and are actually helping me lose weight! No pain, no weight gain. Lol.

If the plan was to get me to have a swell time while losing weight I thought would be incredibly stubborn, mission accomplished!
